Yes, we will handle it all! From taking photos of your property, filtering potential tenants, running background checks, and credit reports, to conducting walkthrough of the property at move in and educating tenants in what is expected of them.

We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.
No. Repairs under a preset amount will be ordered without property owner intervention. Large expenses, as paint and repairs between tenants, will be quoted and presented for owners’ approval.
Absolutely not. What the vendors quote and charge us for the work, we pass on to property owners unchanged, and provide proper documentation to back this up, every time. Our sole source of income is the monthly fee, whether fixed or as a percentage of collected rent.
The monthly statement for your units, along with backup documentation for any expense is emailed to our property owners the last day of the month or the first business day of the following month. While funds are sent that same day, they usually arrive to your bank account the next business days.
We charge 10% of collected rent for our full service, which we deduct from owners proceeds monthly, if, and only if, rent is collected.
For our emergency service, a flat fee of $90 per month per property applies and is billed biannually (January and July).
